CASTARA Points Terms

Earning and using points

Verified members can earn points from eligible tool uses, daily check-ins and the daily mini game. Tool rewards remain subject to cooldown and daily caps.

Points have no cash value, are not transferable and may expire or be adjusted for abuse or error.

Program administration

We administer CASTARA Points and determine, at our reasonable discretion, how points are earned, calculated, used, reviewed and redeemed. We may withhold, correct, reverse, suspend or expire points, or restrict participation, to address errors, abuse, fraud, legal requirements or operational needs. Our decisions are final to the extent permitted by law.

Reward availability

Rewards, point prices, quantities, eligibility and fulfilment may differ by account, location, campaign, stock, partner availability, technical conditions or other circumstances. A displayed reward is not guaranteed until its redemption is accepted.

Changes to the program

We may add, remove, replace or change points rules, limits, values, expiry, rewards or the program itself. Changes may apply prospectively, and we will provide notice when required by applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

Optional profile completion reward

Eligible members may voluntarily claim a one-time 100-point profile completion reward after providing all requested optional profile details. Claiming permanently disables CASTARA's self-service account-deletion feature for that account. The confirmation shown before claiming is part of these terms. Cancelling has no penalty and keeps self-service deletion available. This tradeoff does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived; applicable privacy requests remain available through support.
