Acceptable Use Policy

CASTARA provides browser tools and optional member services designed with privacy and safety in mind. Keep original files, protect sensitive input and inspect every result.

Prohibited conduct

Do not use the service without authority, infringe rights, handle unlawful content, submit harmful files, abuse automated access, damage the site, commit fraud, impersonate others, evade limits or create deceptive documents. Do not use developer, code, URL, JWT, QR or barcode tools to steal credentials, misrepresent authenticity, bypass access controls, distribute malware, create deceptive destinations or test systems you do not own or have permission to assess.

Enforcement

Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service. Suspected unlawful activity may be handled as required by applicable law.

Reporting public content

Report a public Smart Profile link that you reasonably believe contains unlawful, harmful, abusive or rights-infringing content to [email protected]. Include the public share URL, why you are reporting it and how we can contact you. Do not include unrelated confidential information. We may preserve, restrict, remove or disclose records where reasonably necessary to investigate, protect users and comply with applicable law.
